Just recently, Pokémon Home patch notes 2.0.2 were released meaning a new update for Pokémon Home is now available for all users to download. The new update adds a lot of bug fixes and adds a feature for users to delete their accounts if they wish to do so. If you’ve been experiencing issues regarding bugs in Pokémon Home or just wish the delete your account, now is a good time to do so.
For those who are unaware, Pokémon Home is a free-to-play mobile app, as well as a Nintendo Switch game that was developed by ICLA and was published by The Pokémon Company. The game is a part of the Pokémon series and was released in February 2020. The main purpose of the game is to provide cloud-based storage for Pokémon and it also contains the Global Transfer System that was absent from Pokémon Sword and Sheild. The game also can transfer the Pokémon that you had in your previous storage system. Meaning you could transfer Pokémon from Pokémon Bank for the 3DS as well as Pokémon Go onto the Switch.
A short bit ago, ICLA released the new 2.0.2 update for Pokémon Home, although this update is only downloadable on mobile devices. The new update adds a lot of bug fixes, but the big new addition is users having the ability to delete their accounts. Below are the patch notes:
- Added the ability for users to delete their accounts
- Addressed an issue in which the location where a Pokémon was first met wouldn’t be displayed under certain circumstances
- Addressed an issue in which your search criteria would sometimes not be reflected when searching for specific Pokémon on the GTS
- Other issues have also been addressed in order to ensure a user-friendly experience.
Pokémon Home is currently available to play on mobile devices and the Nintendo Switch.
