Rainbow Six Siege Year 7 roadmap update has got a lot of fans excited, but Ubisoft has announced that they’re going to be tweaking Rainbow Six Siege’s roadmap. A few features that were planned for Rainbow Six Siege Year 7’s Season 3 have been delayed to Season 4, as you can see on Rainbow Six Siege’s Season 4 roadmap. While this is a huge bummer, Ubisoft has also announced that to make matters a little better, they’re going to be reintroducing a map from previous events. The map will join both the ranked and unranked pools.

The Mystery Map

Rainbow Six Siege hasn’t revealed yet what the mysterious map that’s going to join season 3 is. Although they have given some hints, such as it’s “a map you’ve played before”. They also stated that the map has never been a part of the competitive pool, although it was available to play during an event. Fans quickly narrowed it down and speculated that it was probably the Road to the Six Invitational Stadium map, but it’s not known which versions of the map will appear, as there are two different versions.

The Delayed Features

Some features that were planned to be in season 3 have been delayed to season 4. These features include the reputation score display, Ranked 2.0, and sanctions for players on voice chat who are abusive.

Otherwise, most of the planned season 3 updates will remain, such as the addition of EMP grenades to multiple operators’ loadouts.

Rainbow Six Siege is available to play on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
